Rep. Reed Announces IRS Online Form For Economic Impact Payments

WASHINGTON, DC – Today, Rep. Tom Reed provided constituents with a new resource from the IRS – an online form where they can share their payment information to receive Economic Impact Payments. Individuals needing to fill out the form include people who have not filed taxes in 2018 or 2019 and do not collect benefits such as Social Security retirement benefits, Social Security Disability Insurance benefits or Railroad retirement and survivor benefits.
“We care about making sure our constituents have fair access to the resources they need,” said Tom. “The stimulus checks were included in the CARES Act to help people and families weather this Coronavirus storm. Please use this resource and remember that my office is always here to help.”
The form can be found online here: https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/economic-impact-payments. For more information on other Coronavirus resources, visit reed.house.gov
