1/4/20 8:25pm- During a traffic stop on I-86 eastbound, State Police arrested Jarod T. Poulin, 28, of Portville. He was charged with felony criminal possession of a weapon by a convicted felon and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle, a class E felony. He was also charged with misdemeanor counts of driving while impaired by drugs and driving with a suspended registration. He was initially detained.
