1/3/20 1:11pm- After investigating a reported sex crime in the Town of Friendship, State Police arrested Anival J, Otero, 33 of Friendship. He was charged with forcible touching and two counts of unlawfully dealing with a chilled-alcohol. He was released on his own recognizance.
1/3/20 8:30pm- State Police arrested Taylor M. Cox, 34, of Belfast. He was charged with third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury. Court action is pending.
1/4/20 3:29am- A police chase in Steuben County ended with a Horseheads man facing felony and misdemeanor charges. Bath-based State Police arrested 31-year-old Bryan S. Clancy after they got him stooped in the Town of Avoca. He was charged with felony counts of driving while intoxicated, BAC above .08% and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation-alcohol. His misdemeanor counts include obstructing governmental administration, fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle, circumventing and ignition interlock device and reckless driving. He was detained.
