On October 4, 2019, SP Fillmore Troopers arrested Joseph N. Martone, 38, of Williamsville, NY for Driving While Intoxicated, Drinking Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle on a Highway, and Refusal to Take a Breath Test.
Troopers responded to a report of a male slumped over the wheel of a running vehicle in the driveway of a residence on Ballard Road in the town of Centerville. Troopers allege that Martone had been operating a vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. He failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. Martone was then arrested and transported to SP Fillmore, where he refused to submit to a chemical breath test.
Martone was released with appearance tickets for Centerville Town Court, where he is due to appear later this month.
