Wellsville Police arrested Matthew G. Monroe, age 29 of
Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Mischief 3rd (Class E Felony),
Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd, Criminal Mischief 4th and
Harassment 2nd. The charges stem from an
incident that took place on Maple Avenue in the Village. Monroe was processed and arraigned before
Associate Wellsville Village Justice Shawn Walsh.
Monroe was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $5,000.00 cash bail
or $10,000.00 property bond. Monroe is
due back in Wellsville Village Court on October 15th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Brandon J. Brownell, age 34 of
Wellsville, charging him with Harassment 2nd.
The charge stems from an incident that took place on Rauber Street on
September 28th. Brownell was processed
and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor. Brownell was released and is due back in
Wellsville Village Court on October 22nd.
