Allegany County Sheriff Whitney reports that on October 10,
2019, with the assistance of the City of Olean Police Department, Deputies
arrested Aaron D. Davis, age 26 of Olean on a Violation of Probation Warrant
issued by the Town of Friendship Court. Davis was processed and transported to
the Town of Friendship Court where he was arraigned and remanded to the
Allegany County Jail without bail. Davis will reappear in the Town of
Friendship Court on December 3, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. for additional court action.
On October 8, 2019, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office
arrested Shane W. Virgin, age 45 of Bolivar, on a Bench Warrant issued by the
Town of Friendship Court. Virgin was processed and transported to the Town of
Friendship Court where he was arraigned and remanded to the Allegany County
Jail with bail set at $5,000.00 cash or $10,000.00 bond. Virgin is scheduled to
reappear in the Town of Friendship Court on December 3, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. for
additional court action.
