Leigha, Kylie and Julianna Phelps out on a Sunday morning began picking up
litter along a local roadway. These young girls started at the Wellsville Municipal Airport and completed their good deed at the NAPA auto parts store. The young girls have adopted this roadway and proudly work to keep it
clean and litter-free. These girls would like to encourage others to pick a location in our community and help keep it litter free!
