7/5/19 9:40am- After investigating a domestic dispute June 3rd in Scio, state police arrested Dakota E. Hall, 24, of Coudersport. He was charged with second-degree criminal contempt. He was detained on $1,000 cash bail.
7/5/19 10:40am- State police arrested Kimmberly C. Litchner, 20, of Rushford. She was charged with making a false written statement. The charge was leveled after troopers on June 18th in Belfast investigated a reported sex offense. Litchner will appear in court at a later date to answer the charge.
7/6/19 2:47am- While investigating a domestic dispute in the Town of Andover, state police arrested Casey R. Lipps, 26, of North Tonawanda. He was charged with criminal mischief for allegedly intentionally destroying personal property. He was detained on cash bail.
7/5/19 3:50pm- State police arrested Talik S. Murphy, 37, of Bath. He was charged with felony criminal sex act with a victim under age 17, felony criminal sale of marijuana and endangering the welfare of a child. He was issued a court ticket and sent home.
