Potter County: Third person charged with hiding a runaway

Pennsylvania State Police have now arrested a third person in connection with a runaway child case in Potter County from December. Troopers arrested 28-year-old Trina Nowakowski of Grover Hollow Road in Genesee. She was charged with felony concealment of the whereabouts of a child and lesser counts of corruption of minors, obstruction and disorderly conduct. She was released on $5,000 unsecured bail.
