Wellsville Police arrested Michelle L. Rix, age 49 of
Wellsville, charging her with a Violation of Probation. Rix was processed and turned over to the
Allegany County Sheriff’s Department.
Rix is due to appear in Allegany County Court at a later date.
Wellsville Police charged David Rodriguez, age 36 of Wilkes
Barre, PA, for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd (an unclassified
misdemeanor) for driving with a suspended driver’s license and Unsafe
backing. The charges stem from an
incident that took place on Maple Avenue in the Village of Wellsville. Rodriguez was issued traffic citations and
released. Rodriguez is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on August 13th at 4:30 p.m.
