Allegany County Sheriff Rick Whitney reports that on July 10, 2019, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Willard J Apperson Jr, age 36 of Scio, on a Bench Warrant issued by the Town of Scio Court. Apperson was processed and arraigned in the Town of Wellsville Court where he was remanded to the Allegany County Jail with bail set at $250.00 cash or $1,000.00 bond. Apperson is due to reappear in the Town of Scio Court on July 23, 2019 at 7:00 p.m.
