State Route 248, Rexville to Allegany County Line

The New York State Department of Transportation today announced that the first phase of a two-part paving project on State Route 248 from Rexville to the Allegany County line will begin Monday, May 6, 2019, weather permitting. The road will receive a leveling course followed by a top course of hot mix asphalt. This project is anticipated to last approximately two weeks. Traffic will be maintained with a one lane, two-way alternating flagging operation. The public should expect delays.
