Andover Police Blotter

On May 17, 2019 the Andover Police Department arrested Damion L. Rice, 42, from Andover, for Exposure of Person a violation.  A short investigation into a complaint of a male urinating on a tree in front of several children at the Andover Ponds lead to the questioning and arrest of Damion.  Damion was issued appearance tickets to appear in Andover Village Court on June 10, 2019 and was also banned from the Andover Wetlands until further notice.
