On May 3, 2019, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested
Zackery D. Truax, age 24 of Wellsville, on an Allegany County Violation of
Probation Warrant. Truax was processed and transported to the Allegany County
Jail without bail pending an appearance in Allegany County Court on a later
date.
Allegany County Sheriff Rick Whitney reports that on April
30, 2019, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Josephine R. Sanchez, age
32 of Fillmore, on a Fugitive of Justice Warrant issued by the State of
Florida. Sanchez was processed and
transported to Allegany County Court where she was arraigned and remanded to
the Allegany County Jail without bail to await extradition back to Florida.
Allegany County Sheriff Rick Whitney reports that on April
30, 2019, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Brian W. McRae, age 25 of
Belmont, on an Allegany County Violation of Probation Warrant. McRae was
processed and transported to Allegany County Court where he was arraigned and
remanded to the Allegany County Jail with bail set at $3000.00 cash or
$6,000.00 bond, and scheduled to reappear in Allegany County Court on May 7,
2019.
