Allegany County Sheriff Rick Whitney reports that on May 14, 2019, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Katelyn M. Barnes, age 26 of Wirt, on a Violation of Probation Warrant issued by the Town of Genesee Court. Barnes was processed and transported to the Town of Genesee Court where she was arraigned and remanded to the Allegany County Jail with bail set at $1,500.00 cash or $3,000.00 bond and scheduled to reappear in the Town of Genesee Court on June 20, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. for additional court action.
On May 13, 2019, Deputies with assistance from the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested of Aaron K. Bentley, age 31 of Hume, on an Arrest Warrant issued by the Town of Machias Court. Bentley was located at his address, processed, and turned over to the custody of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.
