Alfred-Almond Board of Education meets in special session Monday

The Alfred-Almond Board of Education will meet in special session this afternoon at 5:30. Most of the meeting will be conducted behind closed doors. Members will hear from Greater Southern Tier BOCES during the session. Following the executive session, the Board is expected to act on a personnel issue. Whether it is related or not, Superintendent Rich Calkins announced last month that he was leaving the district.
