Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard reports that on April 1, 2019, deputies arrested Raymond R. Tong, age 57, of County Route 127, Woodhull, New York. It is alleged that Mr. Tong violated a duly served Order of Protection on March 31st 2019, during visitation hours at the Steuben County Jail, Bath, New York. It is further alleged that Mr. Tong has a previous conviction of Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree within the past five years. Mr. Tong is charged with two counts of Criminal Contempt in the First Degree, a class E Felony. Mr. Tong is currently incarcerated in the Steuben County Jail on other charges and is scheduled to be arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Court.


Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard reports that on March 31, 2019, deputies arrested Michael R. Shaver, age 57, of Wayland, New York, following a traffic stop on State Route 21 in the Town of Wayland. It is alleged that Mr. Shaver operated the vehicle in an intoxicated condition. Mr. Shaver was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Failure to Keep Right. Mr. Shaver was released on traffic summons to appear in Wayland Town Court on a later date.

On March 30, 2019 deputies arrested Michael K. Allen, age 44, of Unionville Road, Bath, New York, following a traffic stop on Geneva Street, Bath, New York. It is alleged that Mr. Allen operated the vehicle in an intoxicated condition. It is further alleged that Mr. Allen was previously convicted of Driving While intoxicated in 2015. Mr. Allen was charged with Driving While Intoxicated as a Felony, Crossing the Center Line, and Speeding. Mr. Allen was released on traffic summons to appear in the Village of Bath Court at a later date.
