Wellsville Police arrested Elisabeth J. Cartwright, age 42
of Wellsville, charging her with two counts of Petit Larceny. The charges stem from two complaints made by
Tops and Dollar General in Wellsville.
Cartwright was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Cartwright is due to appear in Wellsville
Village Court on January 22nd at 4:30 p.m.
