Wellsville Police arrested Anthony J. Schoonover, age 22 of
Richford, PA, charging him with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd (Class D
Felony), Unlicensed Operator and No/Insufficient tail lamps. The charges stem from a traffic stop on South
Main Street in the Village of Wellsville.
Schoonover was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice
O’Connor. Schoonover was released and is
due back in Wellsville Village Court on February 19th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Angel R. Laprade, age 29 of
Angelica, charging her with AUO 3rd (Aggravated Unlicensed Operation),
Operating while Registration Suspended/Revoked and Operating without
Insurance. The charges stem from a
traffic stop on the Bolivar Road in the Village of Wellsville. Laprade was processed and arraigned before
Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor.
Laprade was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $500.00 cash bail
or $1,000.00 property bond. Laprade is
due back in Wellsville Village Court on January 15th at 4:30 p.m.
