Wellsville man unhurt in Potter County crash

Pennsylvania State Police say a Wellsville man was unhurt when he crashed his pick-up truck on Brookland Road in Ulysses at 7:55 a.m. Sunday. Troopers said Cherokee S. Pensyl, 24, was driving north on Route 449 when he failed to negotiate a curve, causing his truck to leave the highway and strike a guide rail. The truck sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene. He was wearing a seatbelt and was not injured. State police issued Pensyl  a ticket for speeding.
