Wellsville Police arrested Jeremy M. Elias, age 42 of
Alfred, charging him with Harassment 2nd.
The charge stems from an incident that took place on O’Connor Street on
September 13th. Elias was processed and
arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor. Elias pled guilty to the
charge, was fined, ordered to complete community service work and was released.
Wellsville Police arrested Amanda J. Clark, age 34 of
Wellsville, charging her with Harassment 2nd.
The charge stems from an incident that took place on North Main Street
on September 5th. Clark was processed
and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor. Clark was released and is due back in
Wellsville Village Court on October 16th at 4:30 p.m.
