Man faces four felony counts in Potter County burglary case

Following a nearly four month investigation, Coudersport-based state police today arrested Delwyn A. Shafer, 20 of Westfield, PA. He was charged with burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. The charges stem from a reported burglary in Keating Township, Potter County on March 16, 2018. At 2:15 p.m. today, Shafer was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Annette Easton. He was remanded to Potter County Jail when he couldn't posted $10,000 bail. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for July 26th at 10 a.m.
