Deputies on Tuesday arrested of Jenna R. Holly, 33, of Amity
on an Allegany County Family Court Warrant. Holly was processed and transported
to the Town of Friendship Court where she was arraigned and remanded to the
Allegany County Jail with bail set at $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond. Holly is to
reappear in Allegany County Family Court at a later date for additional court action.

Allegany County Sheriff Rick Whitney reports that Deputies today
arrested of Joshua M. Maier, 31, of Wellsville, for failure to register or
verify an address change as a registered sex offender. Maier was processed and
transported to the Town of Wellsville Court where he was arraigned and remanded
to the Allegany County Jail without bail. Maier is to reappear in the Town of
Wellsville Court on July 18, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. for additional court action.
