Wellsville Police arrested James D. Porter, age 28 of
Bradford, PA, charging him with Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or
Circulation. The charges stem from an
incident that took place on East Pearl Street on May 12th. Porter, who is currently incarcerated in the
Allegany County Jail, was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village
Justice O’Connor. Porter was returned to
the Allegany County Jail and is due back in Wellsville Village Court at a later
date.
