Wellsville Police arrested Carol A. Fanton, age 44 of
Wellsville, charging her with DWI and Uninspected Motor Vehicle. The charges stem from a traffic stop on North
Main Street in the Village of Wellsville. Fanton was processed and released to
a third party. Fanton is due to appear
in Wellsville Village Court on January 9th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Kyle R. York, age 24 of Wellsville,
charging him with Endangering the Welfare of a Child and 2nd degree harassment. The charge stems from an incident that took
place on East State Street in the Village.
York was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Judge
O’Connor. York was committed to the Allegany
County Jail on $250.00 cash bail. York
is due back in Wellsville Village Court on January 2nd at 4:30 p.m.
