Addison school voters approve land purchase

By a 2-1 margin, voters in the Addison school district Thursday approved the purchase of land adjacent to the middle- high school. The district wants the land for more parking and other expansion plans. The $25,000 needed for the deal is already in the school coffers and no new taxes will be needed to fund the purchase.
