Wellsville Police arrested Jonathan R. Acker, age 45 of
Wellsville, charging him with AUO 3rd (Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd),
Unlicensed Operator and No Seatbelt Driver.
The charges stem from a traffic stop on South Main Street in the Village
of Wellsville. Acker was issued traffic
citations and released. Acker is due to
appear in Wellsville Village Court on June 27th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Shawn T. Metcalf, age 33 of
Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Mischief 4th and Harassment 2nd. The charges stem from an incident that took
place on Martin Street on May 29th.
Metcalf was located by the Allegany County Sheriff’s Department and
transported to Wellsville. Metcalf was
processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Judge Chris O’Connor. Metcalf was released and is due back in
Wellsville Village Court on June 20th at 4:30 p.m.
