Joel Ortega, 23, Mt.
Morris, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor
Vehicle, Unlicensed Operator and Failure to Stop When Emerging from a Driveway
on June 1. Ortega will answer charges in

45, Avon, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree on
June 3. Smith will answer charges in
Avon Town Court on a later date.
Lisa A. Smith, 39,
Sparta, NY, was cited for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana on June 4, and
was released on an appearance ticket to respond to charges in Sparta Town Court
on a later date.
Maria J. Acosta, 24,
Rochester, NY, was charged June 1, with Criminal Contempt 2nd Degree and
will address charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Daniel T. Flynn, 33,
Dansville, NY, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated,
Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree, Unlicensed
Operator, Consumption of Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle, Criminal Possession of
Stolen Property 4th Degree, Moving from Lane Unsafely and Failure To Keep Right
on June 3. Following arraignment in
Caledonia Town Court, Flynn was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on no
bail. Flynn will return to Caledonia
Town Court to answer charges on a later date.
Joshua L. Guiles, 25,
Springwater, NY, was charged June 5, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation
of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and No/Inadequate
Exhaust. Guiles was released on an
appearance ticket to answer charges in Lima Town Court on a later date.
Spencer T. Phinney,
20, Rochester, NY, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana,
Unlicensed Operator and No/Inadequate Exhaust on June 2, and was released on an
appearance ticket to address charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Josmayra De La Cruz,
23, Rochester, NY, was charged June 5, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation
of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree, Driving With a Suspended Motor Vehicle
Registration and Unregistered Motor Vehicle. De La Cruz will reply to charges
in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Shannon J. L. Zenner,
41, Avon, NY, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated,
Blood Alcohol Content .08% or Greater and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana and
Assault 3rd Degree on June 5. Zenner
will answer charges in Avon Village Court on a later date.
Carlos F. Arriaga,
39, Dansville, NY, was arrested and charged with Falsifying Business
Records 1st Degree and Grand Larceny 4th Degree on June 8, following
arraignment in Dansville Village Court was remanded to the Livingston County
Jail on $2,500 cash bail. Arriaga will
return to Dansville Village Court to answer charges on a later date.
