Allegany County Court: Delevan woman receives probation in drug case

A Delevan woman grabbed a plea deal and pleaded guilty this morning in Allegany County court to attempting to sell drugs to a Sheriff's Department confidential information. Amanda Allard, 36, of Weaver Road enter her guilty plea today to the charge of attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance. The case dates back to February 2016 in Centerville, when  Allard was originally charged with two counts each of felony sale and possession of drugs. In the courtroom this morning, under a deal approved by District Attorney Keith Slep, Judge Thomas Brown sentenced Allard to five years probation. She was also ordered to pay $100 in restitution and pay a court surcharge and DNA fee.
