Wellsville Police Blotter

Date: Sunday April 16, 2017
Wellsville Police arrested Beth A. Johnson, age 26 of Wellsville, charging her with criminal mischief 4th, endangering the welfare of a child and harassment 2nd.  The charges stem from an incident that took place on Farnum Street in the Village.  Johnson was processed and arraigned before Associate Wellsville Village Judge Walsh.  Johnson was released and is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on April 18th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Brendan C. Barnett, age 33 of Wellsville, charging him Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd and Harassment 2nd.  The charges stem from an incident that took place on South Main Street in the Village.  Barnett was processed and arraigned before Town of Scio Judge Ames.  Barnett was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $500.00 cash bail.  Barnett is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on April 18th at 4:30 p.m.

Date: Friday April 14, 2017
Wellsville Police arrested Bradley M. Crandall, age 49 of Wellsville, charging him with Petit Larceny.  The charge stems from an incident that took place at Tops in Wellsville.  Crandall was processed and arraigned before Associate Wellsville Village Judge Walsh.  Crandall was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $250.00 cash bail.  Crandall is due back in Wellsville Village Court on April 18th at 4:30 p.m.
