SAMUEL E. JOBE, 32, of
Olean, New York, was arraigned and entered a plea of not guilty to an
indictment that charges him with one count of Grand Larceny in the Fourth
Degree, a class E felony and one count

Endangering the Welfare of a Child, class A misdemeanors. The incident occurred on January 23, 2017 in
the Town of Franklinville, when the defendant allegedly possessed at the same
time and location, with intent to use or knowing that another intends to use
each product to unlawfully manufacture prepare or produce methamphetamine and possessed
a rifle, shotgun, or any muzzle- loading firearm rifle; also mixtures,
substances containing marijuana and knowingly acted in a manner likely to be
injurious to the physical, mental or moral welfare of a child less than
seventeen years old. The matter has been adjourned for motions.
MARTINA GAYTON, 31, of Olean, New York, was arraigned and
entered a plea of not guilty to an indictment that charges her with two [2]
counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree,
class B felonies; Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree,
class B felony; Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Fourth Degree, a
class C felony. The incidents occurred
on February 14, 2017 and February 24, 2017, in the City of Olean, when the
defendant allegedly and unlawfully possessed and sold a narcotic drug. The
matter has been adjourned for motions.
TIMOTHY SLATER, 51, of Randolph, New York, was arraigned and entered a plea of not
guilty to an indictment that charges him with Unlawful Manufacture of
Methamphetamine in the Third Degree, class D felony; Criminal Possession of
Methamphetamine Materials in the Second Degree, a class A misdemeanor; Criminal
Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Second Degree, a class A-II
felony. The incident occurred on January
24, 2017, in the Town of Conewango, when the defendant allegedly possessed at
the same time and location, with intent to use or knowing that another intends
to use each product to unlawfully manufacture prepare or produce methamphetamine and unlawfully possessed one or more
preparations, compounds, mixtures or substances containing methamphetamine. The

CAROLYN WAPNIEWSKI, 55, of Freedom, New York, entered a plea
of guilty to Attempted Burglary in the Third Degree, a class E felony; Making a
Punishable False Written Statement,
class A misdemeanor to satisfy a pending indictment. The incident occurred on September 6, 2016,
in the Town of Freedom, when the defendant knowingly entered or remained
unlawfully in a building and stole property.
Sentencing is scheduled for July 24, 2017.
PAUL WILLIAMS, 45, address unknown, but presently
incarcerated in the Cattaraugus County Jail, entered a plea of guilty to
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree, class A
misdemeanor to satisfy a pending indictment.
The incident occurred on October 6, 2015, in the City of Olean, when the
defendant knowingly and unlawfully possessed a narcotic drug with the intent to
sell it. Sentencing is scheduled for
July 24, 2017.
JAMES M. CHIAPUSO, 28, of Olean, New York, entered a plea of
guilty to Driving While Intoxicated, a class E felony and Aggravated Unlicensed
Operation in the Second Degree, a misdemeanor to satisfy a pending
indictment. The incident occurred on January
29, 2017, in the City of Olean, when the defendant operated a motor vehicle on
a public highway while he was in an intoxicated condition and when he knew or
had reason to know that his license or privilege of operating a motor vehicle
