Wellsville Police arrested Sequan N. Holness, age 20 of New
York, NY, charging him with aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd. The charge stems from a traffic stop on South
Main Street in the Village. Holness was
issued a traffic citation and released.
Holness is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on April 25th at
4:30 p.m.
