(Felony), Aggravated DWI w/BAC of .18% or more (Felony), AUO 1st (Felony),
Moved from Lane Unsafely and Use rented/leased/loaned Vehicle w/o
Interlock. The charges stem from a
traffic stop on Trapping Brook Road in Wellsville. Easton was processed issued an appearance
ticket and released to a third party.
Easton is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on April 1th at 4:30
p.m.

Controlled Substance 7th. The charges
stem from a traffic stop on Trapping Brook Road. Drew was processed, issued an appearance
ticket and released to a third party.
Drew is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on April 25th at 4:30
p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Justin R. Slawson, age 26 of
Whitesville, charging him with aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd. The charge stems from a traffic stop on South
Brooklyn Avenue in the Village. Slawson
was issued a traffic citation and released.
Slawson is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on April 25th at
4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Michelle K. Fauth, age 38 of
Wellsville, charging her with aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd and Failure
to Notify of Address Change. The charges
stem from a traffic stop on East State Street in the Village. Fauth was issued traffic citations and
released. Fauth is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on April 25th at 4:30 p.m.
