Shinglehouse man arrested on sex offender violation CORRECTED

Coudersport-based state police today arrested Robert T. Black, 45, of Shinglehouse. He was charged with felony failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements. Arraigned in District Court, Black was released and not jailed. A preliminary hearing is set for April 21st.
