Wyoming County Drug Busts

Members of the Wyoming County Drug Task announce the arrests of two individuals for allegedly selling drugs in Wyoming County.
 On 02/02/17, members arrested and charged Bishop WILLIAMS, age 23, of Genesee Street in LeRoy, with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 4th degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 4th degree. WILLIAMs is accused of selling Suboxone in May of 2016 while in the Village of Wyoming. WILLIAMS is currently being held in the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $15,000 bail.
On 02/08/17, an 18 year old Warsaw man was arrested and charged with 2 counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 5th degree and 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th degree. This subject is alleged to have sold Amphetamines on two occasions in 2016 while in the Village of Warsaw. This subject was released into the custody of the pretrial program and his name is being withheld as he may be eligible for youthful offender status.
The Wyoming County Drug Task Force includes members from the Sheriff’s Office as well as the Arcade, Attica, Perry, and Warsaw Police Departments.
