Wellsville Police arrested John E. Cyran, age 66 of
Wellsville, charging him with Harassment 2nd.
The charge stems from an incident that took place on Howard Street in
the Village. Cyran was processed and
arraigned before Town of Independence Judge Howe. Cyran was committed to the Allegany County
Jail on $750.00 cash bail. Cyran is due
to appear in Wellsville Village Court on Tuesday February 14th at 4:30 p.m.
