Restoration times vary depending upon the utility involved. However, with the wind gusts continuing, additional outages have been occurring. Wind gusts spiked at 53 mph at the Wellsville Airport this morning. A 40 mph gust was reported at Bradford Regional Airport. The Cattaraugus County-Olean airport reported a 33 mph gust.
