The New York State Police in Troop E, S.P. Bath announce the
arrest of John W. Dixon, 61 years of age from Bath, N.Y, for the class “D”
felony of Attempted Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 4th degree. Dixon
was arrested following an investigation conducted in to the alleged illegal
transfer and sale of narcotic prescription medications. Dixon was remanded to
the Steuben County jail and is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Urbana
Court at a later date.
