Criminally Possessing a Hypodermic
Instrument.
Williams was allegedly found to be in possession of a
hypodermic instrument after being arrested on other charges. Williams was processed, transported to the
Town of Friendship Court where she was arraigned and then remanded to the
Allegany County Jail on $1,000.00 cash bail or $2,000.00 insurance company
bond. Williams is to reappear in the
Town of Friendship Court on February 7th, 2017 for additional court action.
Allegany County Sheriff Rick Whitney reports that on January
31st, 2017, with assistance of the Hornell Police Department, Deputies arrested
Crystal M. Walden, age 34 of Hornell on an Allegany County Violation of
Probation Warrant. Walden was processed,
transported to the Allegany County Jail where she is being held without bail
and will appear in Allegany County Court at a later date for additional court
action.
