At approximately 10:00 a.m. today the State Police in Geneseo investigated a pedestrian/motor vehicle fatal accident. Warren Zimmerman, age 54, from Penn Yann was operating a pickup truck on the property of Dairy Knoll Farms, located in the town of Geneseo and for an unknown reason, struck and killed Kenneth Hall, age 63, from Perry, NY.
Hall was an employee of the farm at the time of his death.
Farm employees, State Troopers, and Livingston County EMS attempted lifesaving measures but were unsuccessful. No charges have been filed against the driver at this time.
Troopers are trying to determine the cause of the accident and the investigation into this matter is continuing.
