State Police arrested 36-year-old Joshua J. Sick of
Dansville for felony Burglary 3rd Degree. Troopers investigating a break-in at
an outbuilding on Newton Road in the town of Birdsall alleged Sick had stolen a
generator from that location. He was arrested and arraigned in Allegany County
Court, where he was released on his own recognizance. He is due to appear in
Birdsall Town Court in March. He was turned over to Hornell City Police on
outstanding warrants.
Troopers arrested 47-year-old Jason A. Workman of Andover for second-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, two counts of Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia and three counts of Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument. During a traffic stop on East State Street Ext. in the town of Wellsville, Workman was allegedly found to be in possession of methamphetamine and related paraphernalia. He was arraigned in Allegany County Court, where he was initially remanded to the Allegany County Jail without bail.
