Shinglehouse police Friday morning arrested Dick Thomas Clarke, 74, of Shinglehouse. After investigation an incident in the Borough, he was charged with felony aggravated assault for allegedly attempting to cause or causes bodily injury with a deadly weapon. He was also charged with misdemeanor counts of making terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person and simple assault. Arraigned at 11:30 a.m. Friday before Magisterial District Judge Kari A. McCleaft, he was remanded to Potter County Jail with bail set at $50,000 cash. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for January 22nd.
