Charges are pending against a Shinglehouse man following a vehicle crash September 28th at 11 p.m. on Kings Run Road in Ceres Township. Troopers based in Lewis Run said 37-year-old Jacob M. Wooley was traveling north when he failed to negotiate a curve. The vehicle struck a ditch and then overturned on its roof. Troopers said the driver was allegedly under the influence of alcohol. According to the report, Wooley will be charged via criminal complaint with DUI and other summary violations. He sustained minor injuries and taken to Olean General Hospital.
