At approximately 9:00 a.m. on October 4, 2020, Pennsylvania
State Police were dispatched to a report of a shooting at an apartment on Cris
Drive in Eldred. Prior to their arrival, all actors had fled the scene.
The Forensic Services Unit of the State Police were called
in to process the scene. Law enforcement remains at the scene as of the time of
this writing and continue to interview witnesses in an attempt to identify and
locate the actors.
Citizens should always remain cautious but law enforcement
does not believe this is a random attack. Additional information will be
provided as the investigation proceeds. Anyone with information is asked to
