Notice is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Alfred will be accepting sealed bids for the sale of two parcels of land. Parcel #1 is located on Hamilton Hill Road Tax Map #152.-1-19 consisting of approximately 29.96 acres. Parcel #2 is located on County Road 42 Tax Map #152.-1-52 consisting of approximately .41 acres. This land will be sold as is. All bids shall be in a sealed envelope. Bids will be accepted until 7:00 p.m. Thursday, November 12, 2020 at which time they will be opened by the Town Board at the regular monthly meeting. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
