Alfred State College President Dr. Irby "Skip" Sullivan will retire in June 2021. That news was reported by The Spectator, even before the college PR staff could post it online. Sullivan has served since 2014. The newspaper quoted Sullivan as saying he was stepping down "with mixed emotions."
