Court action is pending for two Allegany County men accused of drug crimes. During a traffic stop Monday afternoon in Friendship, State Police arrested 29-year-old Tyler J. Fisk of Belmont and 26-year-old Travis L. Varner of Friendship. Each was charged with two counts of misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance, felony criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument. Varner was additionally charged with circumventing an ignition interlock device and aggravated unlicensed operation for driving with three or more suspensions. Both men were released on court appearance tickets.
