LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON SOLAR LOCAL LAW/PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a
public hearing will be held by the Wellsville Town Board, Allegany County,
State of New York at the Town Office, at the Wellsville Municipal Airport in
said Town on August 12, 2020 at 6:45 PM for the purpose of discussing the presented
Solar Local Law. All persons interested
in this matter will be heard at such time and place. Individuals with
disabilities or senior citizens who require assistance in attending said public
hearing of in furnishing comments should contact the Town Clerk three (3) days
in advance if possible, to request such assistance.

proposed Omni-Navitas Holdings, LLC Solar Project at 2495 Lewis Road Wellsville,
New York. All person interested in this matter will be heard at such time and
