NY State Police Blotter

8/22/20 1:20pm- State Police arrested 22-year-old Derrick Smith of Canaseraga. He was charged with felony first-degree criminal contempt involving physical contact and endangering the welfare of a child. The charges stem from a domestic dispute April 10th in the town of Burns. Smith was initially detained.
