Additional charges filed in Wellsville homicide

State Police have filed additional charges in the murder of a Wellsville man in his North Main Street apartment in March. On Wednesday, State Police charged Kristopher Delill, 38, of Wellsville with second-degree felony assault and Richelle Kyser, 28, of Wellsville with felony first-degree gang assault. Both remain in the Allegany County Jail. Eight people are facing murder or other charges in connection with the death of Nicholas Burge. Investigators said the victim was tied to a chair and brutally beaten. His body was later dumped in the Genesee River.
